Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between La Noyeraie, located at 1751 Route de Galinat, 24620 Tamniès (FRANCE), and any person making an online reservation through the website noyeraie-galinat.fr.
By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these T&Cs in their entirety.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Online Booking

Reservations are made through our secure online platform. The customer selects their stay dates, accommodation type, and provides the requested information.

2.2. Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once the customer receives a confirmation email from La Noyeraie after payment of a deposit or the full amount of the stay.

2.3. Payment Options

• The customer may choose to pay a deposit of the total amount or pay the full amount at the time of booking.
• For deposit payments, the balance is due upon arrival or departure, as specified during the booking process.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. Rates

Prices displayed on the website are in euros and include all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

3.2. Payment Methods

Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the website.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from their reservation within 14 days of the booking date.To exercise this right, the customer must send a written request by email to contact@noyeraie-galinat.fr.
Withdrawals within the legal period will result in a full refund of the amounts paid, excluding any potential bank fees.

5. Cancellation and Modification

5.1. Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 14 days before arrival: Any amounts paid (deposit or full payment) will be refunded.
• Less than 14 days before arrival: The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If full payment has been made, only the deposit will be retained, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

5.2. Modification

Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.3. Cancellation by the Establishment

In cases of force majeure, La Noyeraie reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Rooms are available from 11 PM.
• Check-Out: Rooms must be vacated by 10 PM.Late check-outs not agreed upon in advance may incur additional charges.

7. Liability

La Noyeraie is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed.

9. Personal Data

Information collected during the booking process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes and Mediation

In the event of a dispute, customers are encouraged to contact La Noyeraie to seek an amicable resolution.If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact an accredited mediator or pursue legal action in the competent courts.
